Hello and a warm welcome to my page. I'm Claire, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Coach and someone who knows first hand the impact anxiety can have on your quality of life. It can be frightening and isolating, however there is a way to take control of your anxiety and I am passionate about working with you to equip you with the tools to make this happen.
My combination of counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and coaching offers you a safe space to explore your feelings, develop tools to challenge/change your thoughts and behaviours, as well as working with you to create the right environment to ensure you achieve your desired goals.

I have a lovely comfortable space within the Gyle Park area of Edinburgh, for in person sessions.
I also offer online sessions via video call. This means you can have therapy in the comfort of your own home, or in any confidential space that is convenient to you.
Each session will last 50 mins (Typically a course of therapy is 12 sessions however this can be less or more, depending on the clients needs
